The Azorean coffee culture is also known for its unique and traditional recipes. Many of the island’s cafés offer special recipes such as the “Azorean Sunrise” and “Azorean Sunset” which are made with a combination of espresso, steamed milk, honey, and cinnamon. The islands are also home to a number of specialty coffee shops, where visitors can find some of the best coffee in the world. Many of these shops feature unique blends, roasts, and flavors that can’t be found elsewhere.

One of the most famous cafes is certainly the Peter Sport Cafe in Horta.
